As part of the Sourcing Team within Talent Acquisition, you will develop and update job descriptions, screens candidates' resumes and job applications.

Your key responsabilities:
- Supports the recruitment strategy and talent management, workforce planning, and diversity policies.
- Works with hiring managers to ensure job profiles and candidate specifications are up-to-date.
- Attracts candidates through databases and social media for open positions at various levels.
- Analyzes job requirements, conducts research, and screens candidates through interviews.
- Assists in creating assessment centers, tailoring exercises, and providing feedback to management.
- Organizes and manages administrative tasks related to recruitment and records relevant employee information.
- Participates in interviews and provides feedback, following a structured interview framework.


You must have:
- Degree in Human Resources or similar.
- 1-3 years background in talent acquisition, sourcing, and recruitment;
- Ability to work in a demanding environment;
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Language skills in English and French.
